Academy Coffee Roasters runs a small-batch roastery and café on Woodward Street in Orange. The single-origin list reaches for named lots: Kenya Kianaina AA from Nyeri, and honey-processed Colombians from Jairo Arcila in Quindío fermented with wine yeast. The espresso blends, Sweet As, Blake Street and Big Bertha, are roasted low and slow for everyday drinking. Filter, espresso and beans to take home, plus wholesale and private-label roasting.
