A specialty roaster with neighbourhood espresso bars at the foot of the Blue Mountains, roasting in the range and pouring at its Emu Plains counter on Lee Street. Running since '06, it keeps things local and regular: early starts, weekday trade and coffee made for the daily crowd rather than the tourist trail. Beans are sold across the espresso bars and to take home.
