Coffee Mio

A Melbourne family coffee business that's been roasting since 1965, run from a roastery on High Street, Thornbury. Out the front is a hole-in-the-wall brew bar — pop in for a coffee or a sweet treat poured straight off the roaster — open seven days. The wider operation supplies cafés and offices nationally and sells its blends, capsules and brewing gear online, but the Thornbury bar is where you drink it at the source. One of the city's longer-running roasters, still in the family.
