Formed by a fellowship of Sunshine Coast baristas, this Eumundi roaster works from Memorial Drive with an eye on the wider craft — training, wholesale and its own blends. The range spans an organic Mother Earth blend, the Moon Dog house blend and rotating single origins, each mapped to its farms and cupping notes. Beans go out through the online shop and to wholesale partners, and you can order ahead at the roastery. Coffee made by people chasing the story in the cup.
