A small outfit that has roasted its own beans in Wonthaggi since 2013 — on site, not bought in. The beans go out by the bag and to wholesale accounts around Gippsland, while the café pours them through the week alongside house-made fudge. House blends like Peace handle the daily flat whites. Coffee is the work here, not a sideline.
