Leaping Goat

A specialty coffee roaster in Quoiba since 2014, Leaping Goat runs daily small-batch roasts across blends and single origins. The Ferguson Drive site pairs the working roastery with a weekday café, open 7am to 3pm for light lunches and house-made slices, with the roaster visible from the tables. It also stocks home and commercial coffee equipment, with machine servicing and barista training. Gavin and Laura Stoessiger have owned it since 2021.
