From a roastery on Mt Buller Road in Mansfield, this is the coffee engine behind the high country's cafes — roasting its own beans and running its own venues in Mansfield and Benalla. Alongside the wholesale side there's an online shop, coffee subscriptions and barista training, all under a plain-spoken 'From the Ground Up' ethos.
