An independent coffee roaster in Perth, Western Australia, working through single-origin filter and espresso roasts from Kenya, Ethiopia, Colombia, Bolivia and Burundi alongside house espresso blends and a decaffeinated Mexico. Cold brew comes bottled, in cartons and by the two-litre cask, and the shop extends to brewing gear from Hario, Origami, Aeropress and Timemore, plus a line of Micrology apparel.
