Wild Rye's Baking Co / The Roastery

An artisan bakery and coffee roastery in Pambula, on the NSW Sapphire Coast near Merimbula, roasting its own beans at a dedicated roastery on Toallo Street. Coffee comes as espresso, filter or take-home beans, ground fresh on request, alongside organic sourdoughs, pastries and cakes from the bakery up the road. The roastery pours every morning; the bakery runs six days a week.
